Tulum, Playa Del Carmen & Cancun

Tulum has a small downtown area with some shops and restaurants, but it is still widely considered a sleepy little town.

Though a bit of a ride, Playa Del Carmen and Cancun are great spots for day-tripping.  In addition to beautiful beaches and friendly people, they have wonderful restaurants and shopping.  If you have pesos burning a hole in your pocket, take a ride and check out the fun!

Playa Del Carmen is 30-45 minutes north of Tulum
Cancun is 90 minutes north of Tulum
